We’ll be masterminding in a luxury home that has an exquisitely designed interior and a luxurious outdoor space conveniently located in Scottsdale, Arizona. The venue is an elaborate 7 bedroom and 8.5 bathroom luxury property voted “Scottsdale’s most luxe vacation rental home” and highly worthy of such an accolade. The Agenda
Day 1: Envision
VIP Welcome + Opening Ceremony
Check in starts from 1 to 4 pm, April 30th
Opening Ceremony and FUN starts from 4 pm - 8 pm
We’ll open up the event with an afternoon check in so arrive before 3 pm in Phoenix. We get started at 4 pm for a creative half day full of ideation, creativity, and expression.
We’ll launch off at 4 pm with an opening ceremony, creative exercise, visioning workshop, movement and sound practice, and beautiful dinner with the other attendees.
You’ll have the opportunity to have professional photos taken with Paula, a professional photographer. During the day, and a delicious chef prepared dinner will be created on location. We’ll wrap the evening with masterminding and connection time.
Day 2: Release
During the second day, we’ll start the day off with an optional movement practice to get our bodies moving, followed by a healthy, vibrant breakfast.
We’ll kick off the day with content sessions, problem solving, and letting go of old ways of doing business and solving complex problems that aren’t serving. The afternoon will be spent with hotseats and masterminding with your peers.
There will be plenty of downtime for connection and conversation with your peers which is really the best part of a retreat like this. We’ll wrap up the afternoon, early evening with somatic practices to release old patterns and a delicious dinner.
Throughout the day, we’ll enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner and have downtime by the pool or just to chat with your new friends
Day 3: Co-Create
Day three is all about co-creating your future and getting out of your own way! We’ll start the day off with an optional movement practice to get our bodies moving, followed by a healthy, vibrant breakfast.
We’ll spend the day with our VIP business advisors sharing more advanced strategies to grow and keep more of what you make. We’ll cover topics like finances, taxes, operations, and marketing. The afternoon will be spent with hotseats and masterminding with your peers.
There will be plenty of downtime for connection and conversation with your peers which is really the best part of a retreat like this. We’ll wrap up in the early evening with a closing ceremony and a final meal together. The evening will end around 9 pm so you are welcome to fly out late or leave early the next morning before checkout time.
