Review your test project HERE. Make a copy of this doc, review the sample customer service scenarios and let us know how you would respond (record your responses in the doc).

 

Step #3

In the same doc from Step 2, you'll be asked questions about how you would approach interacting with our customers and audience on social media.

We also have a free Facebook group that we use as a community to build our audience and reach. If it will help, please join the group to get more familiar with our audience. Then share with us 3 ways you'd start a conversation in the group. Record your responses in the doc.

Step #4

Create a video that is no longer than 2 minutes telling us the following:

 

1. Your name
2. A little about your experience
3. What interests you about the position
4. Why you'd be a great fit for this position

 

Once you’ve completed the video, please upload the video to Google Drive, Dropbox, Vimeo, or Youtube and share the link that allows anyone with the link with permission to view and watch. If needed, allow share access for [email protected]. 

 

Please make sure that the video is viewable and that it works and that you’ve tested it in an incognito browser. If the video is not viewable, we won’t be able to consider you for the position.

Step #5

Upload your responses to this Google Form. Please make sure that any links you share are shared with [email protected] (if needed) and that we have permission to view them. Remember to test your links in an incognito browser before you send so that we can access them.
