JEWELRY MARKETING COLLECTIVE MEMBERSHIP

Welcome to our Jewelry Marketing Collective membership. By joining our membership, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Membership Fees and Payments

  1. Early Bird Pricing: Early bird pricing is available under specific promotional conditions and is applicable only to continuous, uninterrupted subscription periods. If your membership is canceled and subsequently restarted, early bird pricing will not apply to the renewed subscription.
  2. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. All cancellations are handled through Circle, if you need assistance from Customer Support please do so at least 1 week before your renewal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, allowing you access until the cycle ends. No partial refunds are provided for cancellation before the end of a billing cycle.

Coaching Calls

  1. Validity: 1:1 coaching calls must be utilized within 12 months from the date of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that you schedule and complete your coaching calls within this timeframe.
  2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a coaching call, you must do so within 3 months of the original date. Rescheduled calls are subject to availability and must be completed within the specified period.

Refunds

  1. Monthly Memberships: No refunds are provided for any payments made on a monthly subscription basis, regardless of usage or cancellation timing within the billing cycle.
  2. Pay in Full Memberships: Payments made for memberships under the 'pay in full' option are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

General Terms

  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website. By continuing to use the membership after we post any changes, you accept the modified terms and conditions.
  2. Service Modifications and Disruptions: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services provided as part of the Jewelry Marketing Collective membership at our sole discretion. Notice of significant changes to the services will be provided when possible.
